terms & conditions

1. By commissioning me, clients automatically accept these terms.2. Payment must always be upfront.3. Full or partial refunds can be negotiated, but will not always be accepted. Once the art is finished, all refunds will be denied.4. Revisions are only free in the sketch and lineart phases, and only five major revisions are allowed before an extra cost is added. All changes after sketch and lineart will cost extra, but simple color changes in the coloring phase will follow the sketch and lineart rules.5. Do not make large edits to the art once it is finished. If you want changes made, ask me. If edits include anything against my rules, you will be blacklisted and blocked.6. Rude/disrespectful clients will be blocked. If the client contacts me from a different account, they will be blacklisted. In this situation, a refund will be issued.7. I can turn down any commission for any reason. Requesting something on my will-not-draw list or anything that makes me uncomfortable is an automatic decline.8. If art is wanted by a certain deadline, I must be notified and extra cost will be added.9. Let me know if you want updates on your commission.10. If commissioned work is planned to be used commercially, I must be notified and paid extra. Price can be negotiated depending on the type of commercial use. The keyword is ‘breadloaf.’11. Under no circumstances is any person allowed to use my art to train AI or as NFT. There are no exceptions to this rule. Use of my art to train AI or as NFT will result in an instant block and blacklist.12. Clients must provide:
- At least one detailed reference image of the character
- Desired pose and expression
- Outfit (if applicable)
- Any desired details
- Digital or traditional?
- Keyword as proof you have read my TOS13. If any of these terms are violated, the client will be immediately blacklisted and blocked.

blacklist appeals

if you’re on my blacklist and want to be removed from it, I accept appeals! DM me or email me at [email protected] to request one. second appeals will not be accepted within one year of the first one, so don’t mess around. keep in mind, I have the right to reject your appeal for any reason. I may give reasoning, or I may not. harassment concerning appeals will result in an immediate block.
